The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is an online guide to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) training programs approved by the State. Training and education providers maintain their program information online through this portal. Alabama ETPL
Eligible Training Providers are required to:
- Apply to become an Eligible Provider
- Submit Program Services for approval
- Submit Annual Program Performance
Consumers may search the ETPL on the AlabamaWorks! site by geographic area, by field of study, or by specific training institution to find the program that is right for them. Consumers may also compare different programs and institutions on the site as well.
